JManager, Peter Setiawan, who has joined us
since February 2017. Before he took aboard in
e-commerce business, Peter served as Supervisor
Maintenance Laboratory Balances in PT Almega
Sejahtera, a Swiss-based company operates in
laboratory needs.
Peter then joined Canon Service Center as Senior
Service Manager for 13 years. With decades
of experience, he is trusted to lead JD.ID
Aftersales division.
The alumni of Jayabaya University, stated that,
working with JD.ID Aftersales team gives him
particular opportunities and challenges in preparing
and implementing the standard operating
procedure (SOP), as well as delivering the best and
fastest service to each of JD.ID customers’ claims.
